Okaeri is a fanweek dedicated to the more domestic side of daily life for Katsuki and Izuku.The event runs from 21 - 27 August 2023. During this week, there will be a selection of 2 daily word prompts and 1 quote prompt for you to choose from. All types of contributions are welcome (fics, threads, art etc.). The event will be run mainly via Twitter, but you are free to host your work on whatever platform you prefer.There are no applications needed to contribute as this is a fanweek. It's open to everyone who wish to participate.We're looking forward to seeing your takes on Izuku and Katsuki's domestic life together. If you have questions or suggestions, we invite you to talk to us via our Twitter or CuriousCat pages in the links below.
House Rules
Everyone is welcome in Katsuki and Izuku's house, but we all have a responsibility to make it feel like a home.We tried to cover the most common rules applicable for this type of event to make it comfortable for everybody. If you think there are rules that should be here but are not, or you're unsure about something, please drop us a message via our CuriousCat or Twitter.
Ships
Other ships are welcome as part of this fanweek, but Katsuki and Izuku should be the main focus. For NSFW, both BkDk and DkBk content are very much welcome, but please make sure you tag appropriately.
NSFW
NSFW content is welcome as part of this fanweek. However, we ask that the first tweet or the preview for art posted directly on Twitter should be SFW, or hosted behind another site such as AO3 or Privatter with a SFW preview.
Otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to retweet it.

Other pairings, NSFW, implied NSFW, manga/anime spoilers or trigger warnings should always be tagged. We do not want to limit your creativity throughout the week, but we want to ensure that everybody can have a good, safe experience.We will do our best to catch untagged content, but anything that makes our jobs as your mods easier will be greatly appreciated!

There are no formal deadlines for this event. If you don’t manage to post Day 1 until Day 3, that’s absolutely fine! Tag us anyway and we’ll pick it up for sharing.You can continue to use the prompts long after the week is over. However, we will not be actively searching for new content to retweet after 1 week post event.
